Bommer (Zack Bommer), hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, has become a cornerstone of the underground dubstep and riddim scene.

A true testament to dedication and perseverance, Bommer has been touring internationally since 2013, leaving his mark with anthems like “Yasuo” and “Planet Droid”—tracks that have become staples in the genre.

From playing early sets in dimly lit local venues before dubstep hit the mainstream, to representing the underground sound at major festivals such as Lost Lands, Bass Canyon, Forbidden Kingdom, and Infrasound, Bommer’s journey reflects a decade-long grind that reshaped the underground.

Renowned for both his high-intensity production and razor-sharp mixing skills, Bommer has collaborated with some of the scene’s most prominent names, including Excision, Subtronics, He$h, Shiverz, Aweminus, Infekt, Svdden Death, YUNIT, Hamro, SQISHI, BLVNKSPVCE, Obey, Styn, and many more.

His discography runs deep, with releases on influential labels such as Smog, Prime Audio, Subquake Audio, Octane Audio, and GMB Records.

As his impact on the scene grew, Bommer took things a step further by co-founding his own imprint, FSR, alongside He$h—solidifying his position as a driving force in the underground bass movement.

In 2022, Bommer and He$h co-headlined the “The World Is Yours” bus tour, covering 40 cities across North America. Most recently, in 2024, Bommer teamed up with YUNIT for the “Skraight from the Underground” tour, spanning 45 cities and spotlighting emerging artists and promoters dedicated to the underground sound.

With over a decade of experience, Bommer continues to lead by example—blending raw talent, relentless drive, and a deep-rooted love for the culture.

His presence across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Mexico, and most recently Australia and New Zealand—where he completed his first tour of the regions since 2019, hitting five major markets—has helped amplify the underground on a global scale.

Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Bommer’s mission remains the same: to elevate the sound, support the next generation, and preserve the gritty energy that built the scene from the ground up.
